Our race through time..
1968
Setrab was founded as a Swedish trading company. The company started the import and distribution of various racing-related products within the Nordig region.
1980
During the 1980s, Setrab established relationships with a number of Saab and Volvo and started high volume production of oil coolers.
1990
At the beginning of the 1990s Setrab took a decision to focus solely on small to medium-sized volumes of customised high performance oil coolers for automotive and industrial applications.
2000
In the mid 2000s the strategy was modified to focus on fewer market segments and higher contract volumes. A brand new manufacturing facility was set up in Karlino in Poland in 2007 to allow Setrab to manufacture higher volume products at a lower cost.
2019
Setrab acquired by Zhejiang Yinlun Co. Ltd., a Chinese company listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange. Setrab continues to operate as an independent entity within the Yinlun Group with the full engineering and development support of Yinlun.
2025
Transition to renewable energy & green application, e.g. battery thermal management systems.
