Charge Air Cooler, water/air

A liquid-cooled charge air cooler, several design concepts available depending on weight, performance requirements and tooling expenditure. A very efficient cooler that normally requires a low temperature secondary water cooling circuit. Improves the responsiveness of the vehicle by keeping the overall pressurized volume and pressure drop low.

Charge Air Cooler, air/air

A tube and fin cooler, offering light weight and high performance. Side tanks from aluminium or plastics depending on cooling characteristics and quantity.
