We consistently conduct business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our code of conduct is based on the UN Global Compact and describes our business principles, environmental principles, and human rights and workplace practices.
Quality and the Environment
Setrab operates a unified management system for quality, environment and workplace. The management system has been audited by Bureau Veritas and found to be in accordance with the requirements of the IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Setrab Production System (SPS)
SPS is a lean-based framework for systematically eliminating waste and driving quality and productivity improvements. It provides values, principles, and tools to manage, measure, and improve Setrab’s key processes. SPS was launched as a group-wide program in 2007 and it has enabled us to achieve significant reductions in manufacturing lead times and internal scrap rates, resulting in world-class product quality and delivery performance.
